JASPER, IN / ACCESSWIRE / May 22, 2020 / SVB&T Corporation (OTCQX:SVBT), the parent company of Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share of the Corporation's common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on or about July 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2020.
The dividend declared is a 4.00% annualized increase over the total dividend paid for the 2019 fiscal year.
SVB&T Corporation held its annual shareholders' meeting on May 19, 2020. Douglas A. Habig (Chairman), John B. Habig, K. Frank Hall, Tonya S. Heim, Dr. Tracy Lorey, Jeffrey P. Owens, Robert F. Schneider, Jamie R. Shinabarger, Ronald J. Thyen, and James C. Tucker were elected as directors of SVB&T Corporation and Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, for terms to expire in May 2021. BKD LLC was ratified to serve as the Corporation's independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020.
