('Weber' or the 'Company') (NYSE:WEBR) Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus (collectively, the 'Registration Statement') issued in connection with the Company's August 2021 initial public offering ('IPO' or the 'Offering').
